Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens! If you cancel your event two full weeks (14 days), or more, prior to the event date, we will issue a refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel one week (7 days) before the event date, we will issue a 50% refund. Re-booking an event cancelled less than 7 days prior can be difficult, therefore we cannot issue a refund. Our tents are designed to withstand rain, therefore rain does not warrant cancellation. In the event of cancellation due to severe weather (tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, etc.) we will issue a refund at our discretion. Rescheduling requires at least one week notice, however two weeks is preferred. This gives us ample time to work around other events to find you the best option. We thank you for your understanding!
